I have a piece of advice 4 any one reading this blog problem the best thing bit on advice ever on this blog If you are having sleepless night and you are all alone in a cold flat and no cuddly bud in sight do not turn on your PC and start listening to nick cave & the bad seeds in per tickly to murder ballads the kindness of strangers it really is one crazy man and will not help you fall in to a deep sleep well not me
